Frequently asked questions
How buying a service works, what happens after checkout, and what working with us looks like.
Buying a service
What am I buying when I check out?
Each service is a defined package: a fixed scope, a list of deliverables and a price. The service page shows what's included. After payment we contact you to agree dates and the access we need.
How soon do you start?
We contact you within one business day of payment to book a kick-off call. Most engagements start within a week, depending on the scope and your availability.
Can I get an invoice for my business?
Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. If you need an invoice showing your company name, address or purchase order number, email info@norvyxsolutions.xyz with your checkout reference.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major debit and credit cards, plus any other methods shown at checkout, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay on supported devices. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
What if my needs don't fit a package?
Contact us. We'll scope the work and send a written quote before anything starts.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes, under our Refund Policy. Consumers have a 14-day cancellation period. If you ask us to start sooner, you pay only for the work already done.
Working with us
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Most work is done remotely anywhere in the UK. On-site visits can be arranged when the work needs them; any travel costs are agreed in advance.
What will you need from me?
Usually a named contact, access to the relevant systems or admin accounts, and any existing documentation. We confirm exact requirements at kick-off and only ask for the access the work needs.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We'll sign your NDA, or provide ours, before reviewing sensitive information.
Do you work with individuals as well as businesses?
Yes. We help freelancers, sole traders and households with backups, account security, home-office networks and device setup.
Can you make us GDPR compliant?
We assess your systems and processes, close technical gaps, and help you document how you handle personal data. We're not a law firm, so for legal interpretation we'll recommend you speak to a solicitor.
Which platforms do you work with?
AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, and common on-premise server and network equipment.
