Our services
We provide IT consulting and audit, systems architecture, cybersecurity advice, digital transformation and IT project management. Each service on this website describes its scope, deliverables and price. Anything outside that description is not included unless we agree it in writing.
Placing an order
When you pay at checkout you make an offer to buy the service. A contract is formed when Stripe confirms your payment and you receive a confirmation from us. If we can't accept your order, for example because the service isn't suitable for your situation, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout by Stripe, unless the service is a subscription, in which case you're charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Scheduling and delivery
We contact you within one business day of payment to arrange a kick-off call and agree a schedule. Delivery dates depend on the scope and on you providing the access and information we need. If we're delayed by events outside our reasonable control, we'll tell you and agree a new date.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely access to the people, systems and documents the service needs.
- Make sure you have the authority to give us access to any system, account or data you share.
- Keep current backups of your systems before we make any changes, unless backup is part of the service.
- Review our recommendations and decide which to put in place. Unless the service includes implementation, the decision to act on our advice is yours.
Changes to scope
If you'd like us to do more than the service includes, we'll send a written quote. Extra work only starts once you've agreed to it.
Intellectual property
Once you've paid in full, you own the reports, designs and documentation we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, methods and know-how, and give you a non-exclusive licence to use any of them included in your deliverables for your own business.
Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and use it only to deliver the service. This doesn't apply to information that is already public, that we receive lawfully from someone else, or that we're required by law to disclose. We'll sign a separate non-disclosure agreement if you need one.
Data protection
Where we process personal data on your behalf while delivering a service, we act as your processor and follow your documented instructions. We'll sign a data processing agreement on request. Our own use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
Consumers
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for business losses, such as lost profit or lost business opportunity. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Business customers
We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability under or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Cancellation and refunds
Your right to cancel, and how refunds work, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Third-party services
Many services involve third-party platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce, SAP or HubSpot. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and pricing, which you're responsible for unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with our service, email info@norvyxsolutions.xyz with your checkout reference. We'll acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
